We offer two weeks paid vacation + a week of paid time off between Christmas and New Year’s while the company shuts down. Employees are able to work from home when needed and through fostering a positive working relationship with their team leaders.


Plasticity employees earn a paid trip on their 5th year anniversary, and a bonus paid week off in the year of their marriage or birth of a baby. We share hot breakfasts or lunches weekly and stock cold drinks and snacks in the office daily.
