What you will do:
The Opportunity Development Rep will use a combination of outbound methods to work targeted groups of potential buyers and opportunities. Once you have their attention you will work within a system of supporting them through the buying journey. You’ll have the daily support of the VP of Revenue and Client Success Manager and will learn from the CEO on a daily basis. You’ll spend 50% of your time generating new opportunities and 50% of your time working those opportunities through the sales process and will be expected to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Previous experience in technology sales is a bonus but is not required. What you’ve done before:
- 0-5 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Comfortable speaking with people and getting them talking so you can listen
- Track record of setting and exceeding goals in your life
- Track record of learning new things and putting that learning to use quickly
- Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Experience with prospecting, and account based selling practices is a bonus
- Active and well versed Social Media practices
- CRM experience, Hubspot preferably
