Introducing your workplace to Plasticity and getting your teams set up for success is our top priority. When you sign up for Plasticity, you are connected with a member of our Customer Happiness Team. Over the course of several weeks, they will work with you to train your assigned administrators to operate Plasticity.
We manage the collection of your user lists, set up and secure your private Plasticity site, and provide templates for pre-launch communications. Working together with our customers to ensure and smooth and successful launch to your organization.
Our Customer Happiness Specialists will help guide you through the process of launching Plasticity.
If you need help along the way, we offer best-practice communications and email templates to assist you in explaining the program to senior leadership and all employees.
Plasticity enables organizations to operate and mange their platforms with ease. Platform administrators can mange users and teams, moderate social posts, and access engagement and happiness reports. Our Customer Happiness Team assists in onboarding and training new administrators and provides ongoing admin support.
We make it easy for team leaders to measure individual teams, groups, or locations / branches. Using Plasticity Insights’ Administration Panel, you can quickly upload a list of employees and schedule surveys. With automated reports, you get your results as soon as your survey campaign has finished.
